Joel Salatin of Polyface Farm in Swoope, Virginia has been vital in the mentoring of Joe & Christina Huffman of Boondocks Farm. Through Joel's many great books as well as several trips to Polyface Farm to learn directly from the Salatin Family, the Huffman Family has learned many sustainable and regenerative farming methods. That being said, we feel there is a plethora of knowledge contained within these books that would benefit and challenge all of us in different ways.
